Join our Banking Product and Treasury team, we're dedicated to creating lasting value for our communities, clients, and people. As an Executive Assistant in our Banking and Financial Services Group, you'll be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team where your ideas and contributions will directly drive outcomes.  

This is an 8-month contract.

What role will you play?

In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for a broad range of operational and administrative needs. You will support three Directors and their teams by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel. You'll also be responsible for organizing team and external events, from small gatherings to large-scale functions. Acting as a key resource for the operations team, you will be identifying and solving administrative and operational challenges and act as a key point of contact for communications and administration team tasks.

Other aspects of your role will include ensuring a seamless experience for team members during onboarding and offboarding plus coordinating logistics for team events, meetings, and training.
A valued member of the business support team, you'll be working closely with other EA’s on joint initiatives.

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or assistant role
  • An expert in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Superb organisational skills, with proven experience juggling diary management, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a flexible and proactive approach to providing support across the team
  • A passion for helping people.
