Join our Operational Risk division as an Executive Assistant supporting a team of Directors where you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities whilst showcasing your leadership skills, confident and proactive approach, and exceptional administrative and time management skills.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide a high level of administrative and professional support, including diary management and executive support for five Directors, ad hoc administration for their teams, assistance in coordinating training sessions and forums, processing invoices and expenses and assisting with the onboarding of new starters. In addition, you will provide support to the other Executive Assistants during busy periods and assist with a variety of other administrative duties as required. 

What you offer

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a broad team across a wide range of levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
