MAM’s Digital team within D3E (Data, Digital, Design and Engineering) plays a leading role in Macquarie Assets Management’s digitalization strategy to increase future scalability, unlock operating efficiencies, uphold our risk standards and improve staff and client experiences. Our teams help to unlock these strategic benefits by defining, delivering and embedding digital solutions across our value chain, in partnership with key business stakeholders.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will gather and interpret requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities and risks while collaborating on solutions that drive measurable business impact and transformation. You will work closely with the Hyderabad-based Private Credit team to support the growth of infrastructure debt and newer products like direct lending, partnering with stakeholders and the D3E team to prioritise and implement digital solutions. The role also includes documenting solutions with a focus on market trends and user experience, while leading change management through strong project structure and governance.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation, with hands-on work in agile product teams (Scrum).

• Background in Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry, with a strong risk mindset.

• Experience designing and implementing digital solutions, particularly those driving operational efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and self-starter capabilities with a growth mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and global time zones.
