What role will you play?

In this role you will guide a high-performing team of change practitioners to deliver quality end-to-end change management and support our stakeholders through the change journey across the portfolio of transformation initiatives. In doing so, this will drive the refinement and evolution of our change management methodologies and toolkits to ensure we continue to deliver a ‘best in class’ change experience.

What you offer

  • Experience leading a change practice/portfolio, including resource management for projects, with a focus on technology-driven change
  • Demonstrated people and team leadership with the ability to bring together a collection of high performing individuals, and to act as ‘culture carrier’ for the broader team
  • Experience developing and evolving change management toolkits, with the ability to deploy ‘right-sized’ change expertise from small to large initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills to resolve complex issues in a straightforward manner and communicate our transformation journey to the broader Group
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation and across multiple functions.
