In this role you will be supporting the Business Aligned Team to produce monthly management reports on cost-based and business recoveries for the Technology service areas.

What role will you play?

This is a visible and proactive role which will involve regular financial meetings with stakeholders on month-end results and supporting ad hoc client requests as needed. You will be responsible for delivering month-end closing requirements working with our Financial Control team, performing monthly variance analysis, and providing commentaries on budget/ forecast vs. actual costs. The role also involves engaging Tech leads and stakeholders in managing the bottom-up forecast build.

Working collaboratively with colleagues performing similar tasks across service areas, you will be involved in conscientiously managing business financials, pro-actively assessing risks and making timely escalations.

  • Relevant work experience in management accounting and month-end closing
  • A strong achievement drive and the ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of professional etiquette is essential
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual global team, manage cross-border relationships effectively and a problem solver.
