The Fraud & Scams Strategy Team is responsible for the delivery of initiatives to scale and protect our customers from fraud/scam risks, while also be responsible for ensuring we meet our objectives and key results and broader Banking & Financial Services objectives.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our strategic response to the evolving fraud and scam landscape. 

You will act as a core business analyst for the team, working with multiple stakeholders to define our problem statements, interpreting data and taking on information gathering exercises to drive fraud & scam prevention strategies. If you are proactive and naturally curious with a knack for translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, this role is for you.

What you offer

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, ideally within financial services or risk management. 
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams.
  • Strong communication and being able to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and time management skills, with a track record of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
