Our Front Office technology team is a collaborative global community of technology enthusiasts who partner with the Commodities and Global Markets business to play a key role in delivering the business strategy.

What role will you play?

As an engineer in the team, you'll leverage your technical expertise to analyze, design, develop, and deploy high-quality software systems that support our Commodities business and clients.
You'll gain a deep understanding of commodities trading by partnering directly with our trading desks to deliver positive business outcomes.
You will take ownership and accountability for your work, collaborate with senior business stakeholders to realize new opportunities, and see the positive impact on revenue growth and operational efficiencies through technology solutions.

Salary range for this position: $80,000-112,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to grasp business problems to design robust solutions.
  • Engineering experience with Python in a commercial context. Experience with C++ preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a business-facing context.
  • Awareness of operational and technical risks.
  • Exposure to enterprise CICD and DevOps tools and focus on code quality, automated testing and best practices.
