The Fund Operations team is responsible providing support across several mandates in the functions of Fund Operations Management which covers all aspects of the day to day running of the fund. The multi-national team is acting as a primary point of contact for all mandates and is therefore in close contact with Asset Managers, Transaction Managers, Portfolio Management and Accounting. Since our team has an important interface function, it works on the constant definition and improvement of company-wide processes.

What role will you play?

The role will supervise the fund structure in all operational matters of cross-border investing funds and be the main point of contact for all operational matters of the fund/mandate. Responsibilities will be to have independent administration of one or more real estate funds, also to instruct, coordinate and supervise the service providers particularly the custodian bank, central administration, tax consulting and accounting. This role will instruct and supervise payments and foreign exchange transactions whilst also reviewing and supporting the accounting of Luxembourg holding and property companies. In addition the position would prepare and manage the administration of distributions, withdrawals, capital increases, capital decreases and shareholder loans in conjunction with also needing to be able to stay up to-date on new accounting requirements and regulations in order to explore new potential opportunities for the Luxembourg entities.

- Technical competencies to deal with complex group structures and accounting issues
- High level of IT literacy and advanced excel skills
- Experience and understanding of Luxembourg Tax Law and regulatory requirements of an AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) and its managed AIFs (Alternative investment Funds)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in German and English
- Demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
