Our Privilege Access Management team drives next generation cyber capabilities across Identity and Privileged access management. The Governance and Risk team is responsible for defining and monitoring controls, embedding the standards and practices supporting Cyber Security, risk management, establishing structured governance practices, monitoring emerging risks and providing quality risk and data insights to identity and privileged access management functions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be supporting and executing multiple work-streams and managing diverse stakeholders representing technology, operational risk and Macquarie business operations. You will represent privilege access management in cross divisional initiatives, leading governance efforts to meet regulatory requirements and other improvement opportunities.

You will focus on challenging, identifying and overseeing data controls, developing metrics supporting risk, compliance and progress monitoring. In addition, you will drive insights through analysis and challenge the resolution of audit and review outcomes so that consistent practices are embedded.

What you offer

  • Experience in process designing and testing Technology risk controls through regulatory, internal, external audits or IT security reviews
  • Experience with technical and data analysis and an ability to learn quickly and apply past patterns of learning
  • Familiarity in the technology landscape, infrastructure, identity management and analytics
  • Experience in operationalising, designing risk frameworks, transformational change and technology implementation
  • Experience in project management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
