As a Group Assistant, you will be part of a supportive team where everyone, regardless of role, contributes ideas and drives outcomes. Your responsibilities will include supporting senior leaders within the Technology division of Macquarie, managing logs, diaries, and trackers, coordinating meetings and travel, handling staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and internal movement, managing expenses, coordinating team and office-wide events, engaging suppliers and service providers, performing ad hoc tasks to support the broader team, and working with other local and global assistants on initiatives to improve business operations.

This is an integral role that will see you grow and develop your people and organizational skills, interacting across all levels of the organization. By taking on these varied tasks, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the team and contribute to the overall success of the Technology division.

What you offer

• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Group Assistant or similar administrative role,
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts to any audience.
• The ability to work effectively both with a team and independently,
• Attention to detail, a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement of processes.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Outlook), and good judgment on managing risks and discretion on confidential matters
