An opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join Macquarie as a Human Resources Generalist in Munich, supporting the Real Estate Core / Core + business across EMEA. What role will you play?

The role will support the human resources team head who looks after all real estate staff globally, In the role you will have responsibilities associated with a broad range of coordination and administration tasks along the whole human resources employee life cycle. There are generalist activities, including mobility, talent management, learning and development, employee relations as well as human resources operations and IT pieces like the implementation and ongoing administration of our new human resources system we are currently implementing. This is an excellent career move for anyone wanting to grow their Human Resources skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.

  • Driven, self-motivated and able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in an international environment whilst being fluent in German and English
