The EMEA Employee Relations team is responsible for managing employment legal and employee relations risks across Macquarie’s EMEA operations. 

The team comprises of qualified employment lawyers working in fast paced environment.

What role will you play?

You will be joining the EMEA Employee Relations team role to drive and support compliance with employment law and HR-related obligations for our European operations.

You will be legally qualified and joining us at Manager level based in our London office (hybrid).

What you offer

  • A qualified lawyer with 2 years or more post qualification experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EMEA employment and labour laws
  • Effective internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in retention and sharing of advice using e.g., knowledge bank and precedent templates
  • Strong ability to analyse legal scenarios and devise strategic improvements for ER processes and governance
  • Skilled in overseeing change management, coordinating legal and regulatory projects
  • Drafting, reviewing and updating policies and procedures
