What role will you play?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be integral to solving complex problems and generating outstanding outcomes for our personal banking clients on both online and mobile banking platforms. You will gather and refine user requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing digital servicing through the application of artificial intelligence.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience with UX best practices, design thinking, and empathy testing, particularly in digital servicing
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking and financial services, with a proven ability to develop and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with designers and delivering end-to-end digital solutions for both mobile and desktop platforms
  • Strong interest and experience in utilising artificial intelligence for digital servicing
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
