What role will you play?

As a Lead Engineer, you will help build out API first services and event driven architecture with key focus on scale, security and robustness. You will also design and implement high quality products that is thoroughly tested and cater to a world class user experience. You will work with business and lead the transformation of their process not only through automation but also bringing Agentic AI capabilities to the fore front. In this role, you will uplift development experience with strong focus on CI/CD and bringing in other key aspects of XP like TDD, pair programming, code refactoring and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform design and tool chain. 

What you offer

  • Strong experience with Java, Node.js and container technologies such as Docker
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS, and familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Experience building Agentic solutions integrating with LLMs through APIs 
  • Experience with testing tools and practices that support high quality software delivery
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including user experience designers
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL, including performance tuning and design, and familiarity with large data tools such as Presto, Hive or Parquet files.
