Within Global Technology & Security, the Lean Value Office supports teams to improve delivery flow, optimise value, and embed continuous improvement across technology initiatives. What role will you play?

As a Lean Value Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure governance forums, reporting cycles, and delivery activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with stakeholders across technology delivery to maintain accurate artefacts, support planning and reporting processes, and help ensure consistency and timeliness across initiatives. Your contribution will enable teams to deliver outcomes more effectively while continuously improving ways of working.

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role within a complex or fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within structured processes and governance frameworks
• Clear communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders and preparing written materials
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, alongside collaboration or workflow platforms; an interest in continuous improvement or technology delivery environments is advantageous.
