Join our team as a communications manager to drive internal and external leadership communication. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications for Macquarie Asset Management, you’ll work as part of a close team of experienced communications professionals.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for supporting and delivering leadership communication to ensure we are connecting our staff globally, building our leadership profile and engaging with key external stakeholders.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, a collaborative colleague and equally comfortable directing or being hands-on as needed across both content creation and distribution.

As a natural storyteller, you’ll be creative with content and on top of the latest trends and market developments. Additionally, you’ll be excited by the opportunity to bring your communication and campaign ideas to life – seeing them through from idea to implementation.

What you offer

• A university qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR or associated field
• 6+ years’ relevant experience with exceptional writing and editing skills, in addition to skills in creating great visual experiences – possibly in video production and/or digital experience
• Enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with your stakeholders, as well as mentoring and developing junior colleagues
• A collaborative work style as part of a busy team, while also working autonomously on key tasks.
