What role will you play?

You will work closely with the Head of Investment Solutions and Strategy Australia and the Macquarie Asset Management, Credit Investment teams to action and implement our business aligned strategies with the team’s ambitious growth goals. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will be heavily involved in activities such as strategic planning and initiatives, new business opportunities and product development and internal projects.

You will support the investment team with regard to distribution, client activity, development of marketing content, and implementation of distribution plans. In addition, you will identify investment trends and themes to support the development of new products and initiatives for our clients and business.

What you offer

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in economics or finance
  • 4-6+ years’ of experience in asset management, ideally with exposure to Fixed Income
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset and high achievement drive
  • Highly flexible approach and ability to handle a range of responsibilities in a high performing environment
  • Strong desire to be working in asset management within an investment specialist role
