What role will you play?

As Global Product Owner for MacBook, you will lead engineers to design, deploy, and maintain solutions using Jamf, Azure Services (Entra, Intune MDM), and Apple devices. You’ll also help transform Windows Endpoint operations for an improved user experience. Your role includes team leadership, process automation, risk management, DevOps oversight, and operational streamlining. You’ll collaborate with internal customers and engineering teams to implement new features, ensuring our MacBook solutions remain resilient, secure, and industry-leading.

What you offer

  • Strong knowledge of Apple device management principles and concepts
  • 5 years + experience in product ownership or management of end-user compute solutions
  • Demonstrated product ownership with a strong customer-centric focus
  • In-depth understanding of end-user compute environments
  • Expertise in risk, audit, and vendor management
  • Proven ability in strategic visioning and roadmap development
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, with a track record of engaging and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders and senior executives
  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring junior talent and driving high team performance.
