- Relevant education and at least three years of experience in human behaviour, such as psychology or behavioural science, ideally within a business, consulting, human resources, audit, or risk environment
- Strong attention to detail, data literacy, and the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate within teams while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
- Experience designing and conducting structured behavioural interviews and developing reliable assessments using evidence-based approaches
- A proactive mindset with strong critical thinking skills, able to analyse behavioural drivers of risk and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
