What role will you play?

In this role, you will hire, mentor, and coach engineers and aspiring engineering leaders whilst fostering high-performing and psychologically safe environment. You will own the engineering process, include agile delivery ceremonies, and collaborate with other engineering leaders to resolve delivery issues. Additionally, you will be accountable for the reliability and uptime of applications, managing incidents, running post-mortems, and overseeing technology suppliers involved in service delivery.

What you offer

• 10+ years' experience managing large-scale technical platforms and leading engineering teams with superior hands-on technical background with computer science education or equivalent degree; 
• Strong collaboration skills with a history of aligning business objectives with software solutions; 
• Amenable to follow a hybrid work setup with standard schedule of 6:30am – 3:30pm IST with 1 week mandatory night shift (work-from-home setup) - either from 3pm - 12am or 10pm  - 7am IST in every 1.5 - 2 months as per requirement;
• Proficient in site reliability engineering principles, monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Sumologic), and troubleshooting and automation; and 
• Solid understanding of AWS or GCP is advantageous.
