As an Organisation Development Consultant you will support the delivery of organisation development and talent management solutions within our Risk Management Group. 

This role will be offered on a 12- month contract basis.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Global Talent Lead to deliver talent management and performance initiatives that align with the Risk Management Group strategy. You will deliver the annual performance and talent cycle; encompassing communication, change management, capability-building initiatives, and data governance. Empowered to drive efficiency, you will identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also have the chance to contribute to a range of organisational development initiatives encompassing inclusion, recognition, employee engagement and organisational design.

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or possess other relevant tertiary/ professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, business or related field
  • Previous experience supporting organisational development initiatives including performance, talent, inclusion and employee engagement
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Ability to collaborate within a global team to effectively drive initiatives and create impact to stakeholders across different regions and cultures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions relating to talent management with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to compile, analyse and interpret data, translating them into actionable insights
  • A learning mindset and problem-solving skills.
