This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Analyst in Manila. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll and various related services to our employees across Australia and New Zealand.

What role will you play?

Leveraging on your payroll expertise, you will provide accurate and timely monthly payroll processing. You will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve employee queries and establish working relationships with key HR stakeholders.

What you offer

  • Previous in-house payroll expertise (1-5 years’ experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high performance environment
  • Experience with HR, SAP and/or PeopleSoft preferred
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team across multiple locations with a focus on continuous process improvement.
