Join our HR team in this exciting role, where you will work closely with the People Experience and various Human Resources teams to provide support on a wide range of HR and Operations activities and projects.

What role will you play?

As a Workforce Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our function operates efficiently. You will be responsible for analyzing historical data to forecast case management volume as well as trends, creating staffing schedules, monitoring real-time adherence to service level objectives, and analyzing data to optimize workforce productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of workforce management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting methods, volume trend and predictive analytics.
• Experience in identifying any workforce risks and issues which may affect future demand.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
