What role will you play?

In your role as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for portfolio management of the US-based real estate products and supporting our global products which include the portfolio construction and the central source of information with respect to the funds and portfolio. You will supervise the preparation of financial analysis for the fund, review asset valuation analyses and manage the fund models whilst utilising your investment/real estate knowledge to ensure consistency across fund policies and portfolios. In addition, working closely with the investment teams and our Fund Management teams, you will oversee the delivery of multiple deal management workstreams and engage and lead interactions with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee client and business satisfaction.

What you offer

  • 6-8+ years’ experience in an asset or real estate manager position within either the investment banking, corporate or other relevant commercial industry, with an emphasis on portfolio management, asset management or funds management
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and strong commercial judgement
  • Analytical and numerical proficiency with an adept understanding of financial and asset valuation analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills.
