Our Banking and Financial Services Credit team plays a pivotal role in supporting Macquarie’s Business Banking ecosystem. Our property services team collaborates with sales teams, central risk teams and downstream loan documentation and settlement functions to deliver tailored credit solutions to our clients.

What role will you play?

As the Team Leader you will guide and mentor a national team of analysts specialising in commercial property finance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality credit submissions. You will oversee the workflow management, provide coaching, and approve team deals with a delegation limit of up to $10 million, while assessing counterparty risk for property services. You’ll also be accountable for delivering agreed service level standards and key performance measures. This includes assessing and managing team performance, identifying training and development needs, and continuing to engage and motivate a high-performing team that is integral to the business’s ongoing success.
