As a Data Delivery Manager, you will leverage your skills in stakeholder management, business analysis, and data management to drive the delivery of data initiatives and transformation across the business. Your role will involve understanding the division's business needs, ensuring successful execution, and maintaining data integrity, quality, and accuracy across all data systems, while aligning with the organisation's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate extensively with various business units within Macquarie, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to document requirements and ensure seamless communication and execution of data projects.

What you offer

  • 5-7 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within Banking and Financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business and technical stakeholders, acting as a translator between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven business analyst skills, documenting requirements and end-to-end workflows.
  • Ability to support delivery of data and change initiatives within an organisation.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to communicate vision.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Possessing a computer science or finance related degree is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of financial market concepts and operations is advantageous (e.g., order and trade lifecycles, market data).
