Our Regulatory Operations Team is responsible for the on-going management and administration of global derivative transactions across all businesses which are cleared or reportable from pre-settlement to termination. We are responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of transaction reporting across APAC and North America including ASIC, MAS, HKMA, CFTC, SEC, and the Canada Regulation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives to our processes and daily deliverables which include monitoring and clearing of exceptions, producing management reporting. In addition, you will identify, escalate, and resolve investigations with your strong risk mindset, problem solving skills and knowledge in trade lifecycle and system flows.
You will work with stakeholders in business, compliance, legal, and technology. As the key point of contact for our onshore team and manager, you will continuously ensure expectations are met between the two locations and assist your direct manager on matters related to the team and tasks.

What you offer

  • Experience in OTC derivative financial markets or APAC regulatory reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience with delivering process improvements and working with data tools which include Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI or PowerAutomate to investigate large data sets
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate across borders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
