Our Regulatory Reporting team designs, develops, and maintains automated solutions to streamline and enhance the accuracy of regulatory reporting processes. Collaborating with business stakeholders, we translate complex requirements into robust workflows and continuously improve reporting solutions to ensure timely, precise submissions and compliance with evolving regulations.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent application performance and efficient delivery of new features. You will collaborate with QA, development, and operations teams to define automation strategies, improve test coverage, and troubleshoot deployment and environment issues, particularly within AWS. Your responsibilities include reporting actionable insights, managing defects, and driving continuous improvements in testing and deployment processes.

What you offer

  • 3–6 years’ experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Ansible), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Proficient in performance testing (JMeter) and automation for large-scale systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills; and excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrative ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
  • Expertise in leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance automation testing, productivity, and defect detection
