You will be a proactive recruiter with a consultative, responsive approach, who enjoys partnering with key clients.

Our team is creative and forward-thinking, continually evolving how we work to ensure an exceptional candidate experience remains at the heart of everything we do.

Whilst this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will operate as a true partner to the business, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition. It’s a role where you will add value beyond delivery—working side by side with the business to support their hiring needs.
At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
