Our Retails Credit Operations team in Banking and Financial Services provide post settlements supports to fulfil our customer value proposition via delivery of service, advice, investigations, risk mitigation reviews and assistance on remediations across home loans and car loans. What role will you play?

In this dynamic role, you will ensure the seamless execution of customer and account maintenance, as well as the resolution of payments-related requests. By closely collaborating with the contact centre and various internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service.
