You will play a key role as a Reward Administrator in the delivery of Reward Operations activities, Service and Macquarie Award programs, and Share Plan administration.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for completing day to day reward administration tasks and be the first level support for system access concerns, checking and maintenance of compare reports and helpdesk for issues/ concerns raised during remuneration review.

 
You will assist in audit of team’s data input and administration of various Macquarie Award programs. You will support in research activities for market insights and remuneration displaying high levels of accuracy and customer service.
