Our Global Reward Advisory team support our operating groups with the delivery of reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review process.

What role will you play?

This role will see you lead the delivery of reward advice and projects, including the annual remuneration review, business hiring and continuous improvement projects across one of our key business areas. You will forge strong partnerships with stakeholders across Global Reward, People & Culture, and business leaders to support the execution of strategic priorities throughout the reward cycle.

You will utilise your understanding of market practices, relevant regulations, and remuneration data to consult with the business. Your insights and expertise will directly influence our remuneration approach and outcomes.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, Business/Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Your strong analytical skills are evident in your ability to compile, analyse, and interpret data sets, translating them into actionable insights.
  • You are confident in your written and verbal abilities, allowing you to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Your innate curiosity and creative problem-solving skills enable you to understand complex business requirements and deliver pragmatic, innovative solutions.
