- Experience or academic background in human behaviour, such as psychology or behavioural science, with knowledge of financial services or regulation considered advantageous
- Experience conducting behavioural or cultural assessments, including interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative insights
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences
- High attention to detail, with experience working with both qualitative and quantitative indicators to monitor and report on culture
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, build effective relationships, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
