What role will you play?

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our Non-Financial Risk Strategy and Insights team. You will be integral in continuing to enhance operational risk management through technology and analytics, and leveraging industry-leading AI capability at our hand. As part of an agile team of risk management professionals, you will deliver deep expertise in providing actionable insights to our stakeholders across personal banking, business banking, and wealth management.

What you offer

• A strong understanding in processing and analysing diverse data sources to extract actionable insights and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, ideally using storytelling visualisations
• Comprehensive understanding of risk management and control frameworks
• Draw on your unique combination of natural curiosity, analytical thinking, problem solving, detail focus and adaptability, to identify and report opportunities
• Experience in preparing management reports, with the ability to synthesise data to argument position
• Previous experience in data analytics or BA roles is ideal; exposure to relevant technology (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx) will be advantageous.
