What role will you play?

As key partner to the product owner and business stakeholders, you will ensure that long-term strategies and visions are translated into measurable goals and documented within a well-structured product roadmap, including maintaining a prioritised backlog and ensuring the product domain is clearly understood by the team and platform owners. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will perform effort estimation and forecasting to assist the leadership team in making informed decisions on capacity and resource management and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of business outcomes by working across platforms, platform teams and vendors.
In addition, you will run all delivery ceremonies and agile rituals such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, showcases, retrospectives, and tracking velocity and key results against objectives, promoting a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation and continuous improvement.
Finally, you will manage the implementation of changes end-to-end, ensuring clear communication to all impacted stakeholders and a thorough understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues, by proactively identifying potential roadblocks and championing scrum framework practices and Agile principles.
What you offer

- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
- Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
- Experience delivering complex projects working across multiple streams and regions with diverse stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes.
