Macquarie Asset Management is excited to add a Senior Business Analyst in our Philadelphia office. This role will support enhancements across our Equities line of business, where there is an organizational focus to drive efficiency, reduce expenses, and enhance the customer experience through the modernization of our processes and technology.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will partner closely with the Equities stakeholders, as well as with peers across Operations, Data, and Tech to define, shape, and document enhancements to existing capabilities and in the development of new capabilities. You will work to translate the go-forward vision by documenting requirements through current-and-future state process maps & flows and by proactively identifying and recommending process improvements to improve efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will be proficient in documenting both Business and Technical requirements, and you will be able to dig into the business reasons behind the need for change and be comfortable challenging stakeholders to make sure that proper solutions are deployed.  

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 5+ years business analysis or related role
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence and previous work using SQL
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with collaborative style and strong background in documenting both business and technical requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities, including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment
  • Experience operating with Agile framework in a large global, matrixed organization.
