What role will you play?

In this role, you will take a proactive approach to monitoring production systems, ensuring their high availability, performance, and reliability. You will lead incident management activities, including conducting root cause analyses and facilitating post-mortem reviews.

 

You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that improve system reliability and automate operational tasks. This includes overseeing the setup and maintenance of development, staging, and production environments. By advocating for DevOps and SRE best practices, such as CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and enhanced observability, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Additionally, you will ensure clear and comprehensive documentation is maintained and continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

What you offer

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, production support, and incident management, including L2 and L3 support for critical applications and participation in rotational DevOps and BAU operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with a systematic approach to breaking down and resolving issues
• Proficient in Enterprise JAVA (preferably JAVA 17+), with good knowledge of RESTful API services, APIGEE, Spring Boot, and basic SQL or Graph NoSQL databases such as Gremlin
• Experienced in CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration management, and cloud technologies (preferably AWS or GCP)
• Familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly, and a strong willingness to learn and explore cutting-edge technology stacks
