What role will you play?

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will play a crucial role designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications for post-trade processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and implementing and optimizing complex algorithms for trade matching and settlement. You will ensure the scalability and performance of our systems through rigorous testing and validation.

Additionally, you will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial to drive continuous improvement and maintain our competitive edge in the market. 

Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in the success and evolution of our post-trade systems.

What you offer

•  8+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on post-trade systems.
• Experience in the post-trade testing environment and a passion for developing robust, scalable software solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processes.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
