What role will you play?

In this role, you will act as an engagement strategist, employee experience curator and professional storyteller to deliver a wide range of employee engagement, experience and communications initiatives. You will engage with senior leaders across the Group, as well as product and service owners, to manage their communications programs and providing employee experience advisory support. 

You will be hands-on in the delivery of engagement projects and events. You will understand what great employee experience and effective change looks like, with the confidence to provide sound strategic advice in these areas. Your talent and passion for words, coupled with an ability to capture an audience will position you for success in this role.

  • Demonstrated experience managing culture, engagement and communications programs end-to-end in a matrix organisation
  • A natural flair for creative ideas and execution, including experience in leveraging technology (including internal social platforms) to create fresh and innovative content for our people
  • Some skills in crafting engaging visual experiences – possibly in basic graphic design, video production and/or digital experience
  • You will be a self-starter, very well organised, with flexibility to adjust to fast paced priorities
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail – we are looking for that person who can spot a typo a mile away and who takes pride in delivering quality communications.
