What role will you play?

You will develop sophisticated advice by crafting bespoke and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) for high-net-worth clients, tackling complex financial scenarios. You'll drive strategy by partnering with elite Private Bankers and specialists to design innovative, market-leading financial strategies. Part of your role will be to champion excellence by upholding the highest standards by meticulously reviewing advice, performing complex financial modelling, and coaching Bankers on best practices. You'll also oversee enhancing efficiency by taking ownership of your workflow, proactively manage your pipeline, and identify opportunities to improve our processes.


What you offer

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in a Paraplanning role.
• Expert-level proficiency in XPLAN and demonstrated experience with Salesforce
• A robust understanding of complex financial planning principles, investment strategies, and Australian regulatory requirements
• An exceptional eye for detail, with a proven ability to produce flawless advice documents
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
