What role will you play?

As a senior member of the Business Lending Product team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing management of the Business Lending product suite, with a specific focus on the corporate and institutional segment. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day product operations, risk and remediation, product feature uplift to product collateral and digital transformation initiatives. The role will require you to coordinate stakeholders across distribution, treasury, credit risk, legal, non-financial risk and technology. You will identify opportunities for improvement and use data and insights to inform prioritisation decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex environment and navigating trade-offs across risk, technology and delivery constraints.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and has the ability to cope with uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Experience in the corporate banking landscape and product management is highly regarded
