Our Payments Product team is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of a wide range of payment products across Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services (BFS). Collaborating daily with internal and external sales channels, feature teams, customer experience, operations, regulators, and other key stakeholders, the team thrives on variety, challenge, and making an impact.

What role will you play?

As part of the Payments Product team, you will manage business banking payment products, including DEFT and EML cards, ensuring their financial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experience. You will develop a roadmap for the future of business payments, focusing on client needs in new industries and delivering innovative digital offerings. Your role will also involve supplier management, issue resolution, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the success of the payments portfolio.

What you offer

  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a business-related discipline.
  • Experience within financial services or another relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical, process, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and products that clients love, combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
