We are seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst (Market Data) to join the Market Data team within Group Procurement. As part of the global Procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing and category management, working closely with the Global Category Leads, Service Owners, and Regional Leads in delivering initiatives to achieve Macquarie’s business objectives.

By collaborating globally with Group Procurement, the Macquarie business and external market data suppliers, you will be responsible for managing the contracting process for Market Data services.
You will manage the timely review, renewal or cancellation of existing market data contracts whilst keeping track of up-and-coming contract renewals and report these to the internal stakeholders. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Group Procurement market data billing team based in Manila and the global administration team in relation to the contracts you manage.
You will perform basic contract negotiation with market data vendors, conduct data analysis utilisation of existing contracts within the organisation and manage the monthly contract reporting process.

- Relevant experience in reviewing and managing commercial agreements with prior knowledge of vendor negotiation and legal concepts such as renewal terms, usage limitations, cost structures, etc.
- A problem solver with a focus on customer service
- A team player who ensures the desired outcomes are achieved
- Self-motivated and quick learner
- Enjoys working with data and has intermediate skills in MS Excel
- Proactive and confident with strong verbal and written communication skills.
