What role will you play?

You will oversee tax structuring, reporting, and compliance for Americas Alternative Investment products within Wealth Management and Credit and Insurance. Your responsibilities include engaging with external fund administrators, transfer agents, and internal finance, tax, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax deliverables. You will support tax planning, fund structuring, and compliance for complex investment products, collaborating closely with investment, fundraising, legal, and accounting teams.

Salary range for this position: $225,000-250,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

• 5–8 years of relevant tax experience in a law firm, accounting firm, or corporate tax department, with exposure to financial services or wealth management highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax rules, regulations, and compliance requirements, including experience with private fund structures, investments, and investor reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of related work experience; advanced degree or professional certification (JD or CPA) preferred.
• Experience with funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934 is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
