We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Data Platforms area, specifically within the Fraud Technology Platforms team. Our team is responsible for supporting the Fraud function in Banking and Financial Services, executing our data strategy using the Fraud platform.

As a Technical Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include designing and Delivering Solutions, where you will utilise your business analysis skills to create and implement effective solutions. You will also understand stakeholder needs, gathering and comprehending stakeholder requirements to ensure solutions align with the organisation's commercial objectives. 

Your role will consist of understanding client needs, documenting requirements, and analyse information from various sources, translating it into actionable items. As well as this, you will be developing technical solutions that align with strategic and business goals, ensuring they support the organisation's broader objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.

What you offer

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a university degree and relevant technical certifications.
  • Agile Environment: Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Fraud Exposure: Experience with fraud-related projects or knowledge in this area would be advantageous.
