Join our Cybersecurity Information Protection team within the Corporate Operations Group to design and develop automated reporting, request flows and security governance processes as part of our ongoing transformation initiatives.

What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with the product owner and subject matter experts to understand requirements and assist in translating these into optimised processes and automated workflows. You will facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to gather and validate use cases. You will use Atlassian tools to document and refine process, and create user stories, leveraging your knowledge of programming and technologies including PowerBI, Power Automate, and JIRA.

What you offer

  • 3-5+ years’ experience as technical business analyst
  • Experience with developing detailed requirements and documentation including user stories, process maps, and data flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with coding (Python, Java) or tools such as PowerAutomate is ideal.
