Join our Global Trade Support Services team that support both Trading and Execution (front office) and Allocation and Settlement team (back office).

What role will you play?

In this role, you will help and contribution to the front-to-back trading desk, and operational technical support teams across the Global Equities platform estate at Macquarie. You will ensure the technical delivery of key operational projects and initiatives and provide regular updates regarding Equities Operational changes to Macquarie business stakeholders, users, and the wider Technology Enterprise team.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries and from the business, support key cash execution platforms including vendor products Instinet Newport, FIS and Fusion Raptor and establish partnerships with stakeholders to coordinate a variety of projects in a highly operational and regulated environment.

What you offer

  • 3-5+ years’ of experience in a previous Front/Back Office Support role
  • Experience working with execution and trading platforms – exposure to Insitinet Newport, FIS and IRESS would be highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix and SQL (both in a physical and Cloud environment)
  • Experience of order lifecycles to support Trading products
  • Familiar with Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol.
