The MacCap Legal team provides legal support for the Group's diverse activities across the Americas, including corporate advisory, M&A, debt, equity and private capital markets. They ensure compliance and manage legal risks across various sectors such as infrastructure, energy, technology, retail & consumer, and healthcare.

What role will you play?

As a Vice President within Macquarie Capital, you will serve as member of Macquarie’s in-house legal team within our Infrastructure and Energy Group with a focus on LatAm region. 

$215,000 - $235,000 per year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Juris Doctor degree, Master of Laws degree, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience as attorney within law firm and/or investment bank
  • Prior experience must include 3 years of project finance experience; 3 years of infrastructure experience; and 3 years of cross-border and/or LatAm region experience
