Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Marketing team, responsible for executing wealth channel marketing in the United States and amplifying our private infrastructure capabilities and brand presence. Marketing is a strategic priority and a critical component to our success in building out global infrastructure capabilities for the Wealth channel, entering new markets, and supporting the diversification of our business.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will collaborate with sales teams and partner firms to understand account nuances, identify lead generation opportunities, and serve as the voice of the U.S. wealth channel within the broader marketing organization. You will also lead channel marketing activities to support sales engagement, including developing and managing firm-specific content, communications, event initiatives, and integrated campaigns. Additionally, you will analyze marketing initiatives, maintain compliance and relevancy of collateral, and conduct competitive research to optimize future marketing opportunities and strategies.

Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $140,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B or channel marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a global wealth firm, with a general understanding of financial markets and alternatives products such as infrastructure, real assets, and private credit.
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability in a sales-driven environment, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, a creative and data-driven mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement and adapting to diverse situations and stakeholders.
