What role will you play?

In this unique role, you will be implementing our Data Management Framework across Macquarie’s operating and support groups. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the design and uplift of Data Management Tooling solutions which will support groups delivering to their data management and governance obligations. In addition, your role is to ensure that the Data Management Tooling requirements are designed, developed, appropriately socialised and understood with the user journey being central to the success of the solution.

What you offer

  • 5+ years’ experience working in Business Analyst and/or solution design roles within Banking and Financial services.
  • Experience in implementing data governance tools in big organisations.
  • Ability to take responsibility and lead on requirements gathering, analysis, system design, process mapping solution assessment, collaborator communication and continuous improvement of data governance tools and processes using Collibra or equivalent data governance tool.
  • Strong understanding about core data management and data governance methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management, and verbal and written communication skills.
